We are located just a few miles north of San Diego, County, very close to Camp Pendleton and getting to us is easy. We are a short drive from all military installations in Southern California.

Eligibility

Our clients that qualify for Tricare benefits are active duty military members, their spouses and dependents as well as Reservists and their dependents. In addition, Medal of Honor recipients, survivors, former spouses and those listed in DEERS, the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System are also eligible for benefits that cover the vast majority of our program costs.

What is Covered by Tricare?

The great news for Tricare insured’s is that the majority of program costs at Inland Detox for residential based detox from drugs and alcohol is covered. In fact, the only things that are not covered are your co-pays and deductibles if applicable and incidental expenses while you are in treatment. Our staff can quickly determine the exact amount of your co-pay and deductible by simply calling in. We can verify with Tricare the exact amount of any co-pay or deductible. Typically, these costs are quite low.

Our Location

Our location in the rolling hills of Temecula, CA exceeds the expectations of many people that have been to treatment in the past. First and foremost, we are in a residential setting, not in a hospital or a commercial building that can make some people feel confined or just “another number” in a program. We offer both single and double occupancy rooms, a pool, a second home where some of our treatment and activities take place as well as recreational facilities for our clients to enjoy. Best of all, we cap our program enrollment to only 6 people. This gives out Treatment Team the best opportunity to provide person-centered, individualized care in a home that most people would dream of living in.

Our Treatment Team

While our location is top-notch, we feel our Treatment Team is even better. We like to say that we are the number 1 detox in our area because we spare no expense on our Team. Our Medical Director is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 28 years of experience in the field. Our Clinical Director has experience treating civilians, active duty service members and their dependents and our Therapist is well versed in treating PTSD and a wide variety of other mental health issues that may lie at the root of our client’s addiction problems.

Our Nursing Manager and House Manager constitute our day-to-day management team and they have a wealth of experience. Our Nursing Manager maintains over 10 years of experience in the field while our House Manager has managed detox programs with well over 20 clients at a time.

Most importantly, our clients report the experience they have at Inland Detox is overwhelmingly positive because of our culture and environment. Our Team genuinely cares for the clients we serve and our program feels like a home away from home.

Program Goals

For those in the detox level of care, the goal is to safely and medically taper our clients off of all substances of abuse while minimizing cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Once our clients finish their taper medications, designed to minimize withdrawals, we focus on transitioning our clients to residential care. Whether our detox clients finish our residential program or need to find a Tricare approved residential treatment program elsewhere, we find the continuing care our clients need.

Program Costs

Program costs for the detox program at Inland are low for those with Tricare benefits. To determine the exact amount of your applicable co-pay and deductible costs, simply call Inland Detox at (888) 739-8296. Our staff will call Tricare for you to determine the exact amounts of any fees applicable but in our experience, co-pays and deductibles for those with Tricare are typically very affordable.

What to Bring

We ask our clients to bring enough clothing to last them for a week. Even if they decide to stay for 30, 60 or 90 days for rehab after successful completion of our detox, you only need about a week’s worth of clothing as we have laundry facilities on-site. If you smoke, that’s ok. Inland Detox allows smoking in designated areas outside only.

Please do not bring cologne, hairspray, hand sanitizer or any other over-the-counter substances that contain alcohol. Opened over-the-counter medications are not allowed. If you are on prescription medications you may bring them to treatment with you, however, our Medical Director will perform an assessment at the time of admission to determine which prescribed medications will be allowed during the course of your stay at Inland Detox.
