Inland Detox is Southern California’s premier provider of drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
If you are seeking a dual-diagnosis rehab program that accepts Tricare insurance you’ve found the right place. Not only is Inland Detox an in-network, approved provider of care for Tricare members, we are also licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services at many levels of care including detox, residential treatment, dual-diagnosis treatment and for Incidental Medical Services (IMS). Dual-diagnosis rehab programs take in to consideration 2 separate issues: substance abuse disorders and mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as other diagnoses.
Our Treatment Team is led by a Medical Director with 28 years of experience as a Board Certified Psychiatrist able to prescribe taper medications to safely detox clients from illicit drugs of abuse, prescription drugs and alcohol. Our Clinical Director has experience treating civilians, active duty service members and reservists alike for mental health disorders and we also maintain a Primary Therapist on-staff for individual counseling and group sessions. Our IMS license means our medical and clinical practitioners are able to practice medicine related to substance abuse disorders on-site so we do not need to transport our clients away from the facility to 3rd party care providers. We do all of our medical and clinical work on-site and our clients prefer the privacy and setting of our executive-level facility rather than going off-site to seek help.
If you have Tricare insurance, you are most likely eligible for our program. Tricare insurance is offered to active duty service members and their dependents, reservists, survivors, spouses and Medal of Honor recipients. To determine your specific eligibility, call Inland Detox today at (888) 739-8296.
Your Tricare insurance covers most aspects of our program except for co-pays, deductibles and incidentals. This includes room and board, therapy, group sessions, program activities and outings and medications less co-pays and deductibles. Incidentals like cigarettes, hygiene products and grooming supplies are not covered. Determining your exact co-pays and deductibles, which most people find very affordable, is easy; simply call Inland Detox at (888) 739-8296 today.

We’re only 90 miles from Los Angeles, a short drive to San Diego and Orange County and contiguous to San Bernardino County. Most people that fly in to our program choose San Diego International Airport or Ontario International Airport.
Our Treatment Team is comprised of a Medical Director with 28 years of experience as a psychiatrist, a Clinical Director with experience treating mental health disorders in active duty service members and their dependents, a Primary Therapist with a wealth of experience in individual counseling and group therapy and we also maintain a Nursing Manager and House Manager with years of experience in the field. We also have support staff available 24 hours a day to monitor our clients success in our program.
Program goals in dual-diagnosis rehab programs are very important. First, we seek to perform an accurate assessment of our clients needs to identify the potential need for detoxing from prescription or illicit drugs and to accurately assess the mental health needs of our clients. With an accurate assessment done, our clients may enter the detox phase of treatment if necessary, which typically lasts 7-10 days. During this phase of treatment, our Medical Director will prescribe taper medications to relieve painful withdrawal symptoms while taking in to consideration the pre-existing mental health issues our clients face. Once the detox portion of our program concludes, our clients enter the rehab phase of dual-diagnosis treatment which helps our clients understand how their mental health issues play a role in substance abuse. Our client’s learn coping skills and positive means of dealing with mental health issues without abusing prescription or illicit drugs. Before our clients finish treatment, we help them find continuing intensive-outpatient or outpatient care in their home communities because we believe addiction is not something that is cured in 30 days. We encourage all of our clients to continue care long-term after our program is completed.
Tricare insurance will cover most aspects of our program costs however you will have co-pays and deductibles if applicable. Tricare does not cover the cost of incidentals like hygiene products, grooming supplies, snacks and cigarettes. We do have a chef on-site that prepares meals and snacks are available. To determine your exact co-pays or deductible amounts, call Inland Detox any time at (888) 739-8296.
